HR MANAGER / SENIOR HR MANAGER - PHARMA INDUSTRY
JOB LOCATION : EAST DELHI / DELHI NCR
Should be Graduate / PG with around 15 years experience preferably in Pharmaceutical Industry
Would be responsible for :
Overall responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and allied functions.
Would be overall responsible for Workforce / Sales Force HR functions
Manpower Planning and Budgeting at the HOD level ;
Handle and look after the marketing agencies from the manpower point of view ;
Managing day-to-day HR Operations in collaboration with the Business Head/Unit Heads;
Overall handling HR functions at Corporate level ;
Responsible for improvement of Performance level at all levels, directly and/or indirectly (Performance Appraisal System)
Take remedial measures for bringing down the attrition rate to the lowest ;
Should have a thorough knowledge about the best HR practices in the same industry and take action where ever required for betterment in all aspects ;
Streamline the recruitment process to bring in the best talents available in the industry ;
Sales Force Reporting compliance
Manage and look after overall responsible for Recruitment process and end-to-end Employee Life Cycle ;
Bring in / introduce the best HR practices and implement the same at ground level.
