Position Overview:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
