Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with our business goals and values. This role requires a proactive approach to talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.
Recruitment & Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
Mediate disputes and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Payroll Management:
Ensure that salary are processed as dates mentioned by the management.
Solve grievance of employees if any.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Train staff with respect to use of ERP HR Module.
Co-ordinate with HRMS Manufacturer to introduce and implement new modules in the system.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure compliance with PF/ESIC laws and regulations.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage compensation structures and employee benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and labour regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
