Seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources in the electrical control panel industry. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, training, performance, employee relations, ISO documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies, manage full-cycle hiring, and collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs.

Employee Development: Design training programs to enhance technical and leadership skills; assess training effectiveness.

Performance Management: Implement performance management systems, support managers in addressing performance issues, and promote growth.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and develop engagement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, administer benefits, and conduct salary benchmarking.

Compliance & ISO Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and ISO standards, maintain ISO-related HR documentation, and support audits.

HR Strategy: Develop HR policies aligned with company goals and best practices.

Reporting: Prepare HR metrics and reports, use data for strategic planning.
