Job Responsibilities:

rstanding Legal Requirements: Familiarizing themselves with local labor laws and regulations related to business registration, including employment laws, tax obligations, and worker classification.

ness Structure Guidance: Assisting in determining the appropriate business structure (., LLC, corporation) and its implications for HR, including liability and tax considerations.

oyee Registration: Ensuring that the necessary documentation for employee registration is prepared and submitted, including obtaining Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) for tax purposes.

cy Development: Drafting initial HR policies and employee handbooks that comply with legal requirements and reflect the companys values and culture.
