Job responsibilities
1. Assist leadership and the Indian team in executing project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, budget control, and risk management.
2. Maintain and secure project documentation, ensuring organized and easily accessible records. This includes contracts, reports, meeting minutes, project plans, etc.
3. Maintain close communication with leadership, colleagues, project members, and partners to ensure secure and smooth information flow. Integrate and report project-related data to drive project progress.
4. Assist in arranging travel and reception for leadership or colleagues visiting India, provide translation assistance, and help resolve issues. Coordinate between the company and the project team to ensure efficient teamwork.
5. Undertake additional tasks assigned by leadership, showing a proactive attitude. Do not decline tasks and provide necessary assistance to meet performance metrics.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher education. Experience in human resources, administration, operations, or assistant roles is preferred.
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
3. Should be able/ have the capability to build up an outsource team in India
4. Ability to work under pressure, willingness to travel
