Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.

Act as a mediator in employee disputes and conduct investigations as needed.

Design and implement performance management systems that promote employee growth and accountability.

Provide training and support to managers on conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Implement succession planning and career development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational continuity.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote professional development.

Oversee the compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.

Communicate benefits programs to employees and address related inquiries

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to promote a fair and consistent workplace.

Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess workforce trends and inform decision-making.

Prepare and present reports on HR initiatives, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction to senior management.
