Job Description

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.

• Analyze current HR trends and implement best practices to improve HR operations.

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates and build a diverse workforce.

• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

• Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.

• Act as a mediator in employee disputes and conduct investigations as needed.

• Design and implement performance management systems that promote employee growth and accountability.

• Provide training and support to managers on conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.

• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Implement succession planning and career development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational continuity.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote professional development.

• Oversee the compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.

• Communicate benefits programs to employees and address related inquiries

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to promote a fair and consistent workplace.

• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

• Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess workforce trends and inform decision-making.

• Prepare and present reports on HR initiatives, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction to senior management.
