Job Description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting

vacancies, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective

recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.

2. Employee Relations:

Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns and

grievances.

Facilitate open communication to maintain a harmonious and inclusive workplace

environment.

Mediate conflicts and provide timely resolutions.

3. Performance Management & Training:

Assist in setting clear performance goals and conducting evaluations.

Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs for employees.

Monitor training outcomes to ensure enhanced employee productivity.

4. Compliance & Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Regularly update and communicate HR policies to employees.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation.

5. HR Administration:

Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, and benefits administration.

Prepare and analyze HR reports to provide actionable insights to management.

Support overall HR operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Key Skills & Competencies

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively

across all organizational levels.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees

and management.

Problem-Solving: Expertise in conflict resolution and handling complex workplace

challenges.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software and tools, including Applicant

Tracking Systems (ATS).

Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
