We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive/HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Payroll & Attendance Management
Process payroll, leaves, and attendance records.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Support in training and development initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR records and ensure documentation is up to date.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: MBA in HR / Any relevant degree.
Experience: 2+ years in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
