�� Designing hiring plans for all hotel departments based on anticipates needs
�� Accountable for the complete lifecycle of employees.
�� Managing compensation and benefits plans.
�� Report on employee turnover rates.
�� Responsible for organizing employee engagement activities.
�� Coordination with all Senior Management.
�� Identifies the skill set & gap of all the functions.
�� Ensure hotel staff compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
�� Responsible for training & development for all human resources.
�� Execution & Delivery of PMS.
Requirements and skills
�� Must have work experience of 7 to 10 years�� experience in HR Operations, preferably in the hospitality industry
�� Good hands-on MS Office with HRIS.
�� Experience in conducting mass interviews
�� Excellent communication skills
�� Must be graduate or post graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
�� Additional diploma in Hotel Management shall be weight to profile.
