3. Performance Management:
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that
drive high performance.
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performancerelated issues.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
Develop and implement competitive compensation and
benefits plans.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with
relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct salary surveys and benchmark compensation.
5. Training and Development:
Identify and assess training needs within the organization.
Design and implement training programs to enhance
employee skills and performance.
Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness.
6. Compliance and Administration:
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource
management.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal
requirements.
Oversee administrative functions related to HR, including
attendance, leave management, and documentation.
7. Policy Development:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure
efficient operations.
Update and revise HR policies as necessary to reflect

8. Strategic HR Management:
