Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and

retain top talent.

Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings,

interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft

detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

2. Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employees questions and

concerns.

Address and resolve employee issues and disputes in a

professional and effective manner.

Foster a positive working environment and culture.

3. Performance Management:

Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that

drive high performance.

Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

Provide guidance and support to managers on performancerelated issues.

4. Compensation and Benefits:

Develop and implement competitive compensation and

benefits plans.

Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with

relevant laws and regulations.

Conduct salary surveys and benchmark compensation.

5. Training and Development:

Identify and assess training needs within the organization.

Design and implement training programs to enhance

employee skills and performance.

Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness.

6. Compliance and Administration:

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource

management.

Maintain employee records according to policy and legal

requirements.

Oversee administrative functions related to HR, including

attendance, leave management, and documentation.

7. Policy Development:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure

efficient operations.

Update and revise HR policies as necessary to reflect

changing legal and regulatory requirements.

8. Strategic HR Management:

Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR

strategies that support the businesss objectives.

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior

management for decision making.
