Job Description

Recruitment and Staffing:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, interviewing, hiring).

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.

Mediate conflicts and work to resolve disputes in a fair and effective manner.

Promote a positive company culture and employee engagement.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.

Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure they have a smooth transition into the organization.

Provide ongoing performance management, coaching, and feedback to employees.

Compensation and Benefits:

Assist in developing competitive compensation packages.

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Administer payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.

Compliance and Policies:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

Update and maintain employee policies and handbooks.

Prepare reports related to HR metrics (., turnover rates, hiring costs).

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records and ensure data is up to date.

Prepare and manage HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews.

Handle employee terminations and exit interviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Experience with HR software and tools (., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).

Skills & Competencies:

Organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
