Prepare and manage HR documents such as attendance sheets, joining letters, relieving letters, and any other required communication letters.

Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee attendance and leave records.

Handle the onboarding process for new employees, including the preparation of all necessary documentation and coordination with relevant teams.

Assist with the preparation and distribution of relieving letters and other exit-related formalities for outgoing employees.

Manage employee records, ensuring that all data is updated and securely maintained.

Assist in employee communications and ensure that all HR-related information is effectively shared across the organization.

Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
