Reporting to the Director, the HR manager will be responsible for effective business management. The role will ideate, conceptualize, and implement people driven solutions to foster growth and development.

Culture Champion
Be a champion of organizations culture and foster relationships with employees at all
levels.
Deliver/Execute HR imperatives that support the business needs.
Foster and promote a culture that embodies diversity, equity and inclusion, through fair
and consistent management practices
Policies & Procedures
Implement locally / regional / global policies or processes such as performance process,
annual compensation cycle, new way of working, I&D initiatives.
Quantitative perspective to discussions on new and existing HR processes and procedures.
Demonstrate innovative policy and process suggestions to help in creating employee
friendly culture.
HR Reporting
Identify significant metrics and/or indicators to monitor organizational health and
performance of strategic/workforce plans in alignment with business strategy
Deliver an articulated set of reports and analysis of overall HR performance to respond to
requests of information, internal and external to the HR function.
Execute advanced and predictive analytics, . regression analysis, multilevel analysis,
factor analysis etc
Develop & monitor informative HR dashboards to track key metrics for HR operations for
continuous improvement.
HR Communications
Understanding and addressing employee grievances thereby help in reaching amicable
resolutions.
Establishment and on-going management of an annual HR communication schedule for key
HR processes, ensuring consistency of core messages across the international region
