Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, administering employee benefits and compensation, managing performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in human resources management

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes

Experience in administering employee benefits and compensation

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field

Proficient in MS Office suite and HRIS

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Additional experience in employee relations, training and development, and data analysis would be beneficial.
