HR Manager
Job role- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing,
testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on our social
media platform.
Collecting and screening applications to shortlist candidates.
Creating and managing schedules, meetings, interviews, and other HR
activities.
Select the most suitable candidates from Campus Drives, walk-ins and
provide them with job offers.
Scheduling training and orientation for new employees.
Handling employee grievances, if any and updating the employees with
policies, compliances, and regulations.
Handling and managing data/records of each employee of the
organization.

Maintaining records, attendance and data of each employee and providing
them to the management team when required.
Dealing with employee appraisals, discussing the payroll, and negotiating
salary will be your primary tasks.
Conducting employee engagement programs and other office events.
