Role Description

This is a remote internship role at TEN: HR Consulting. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for tasks such as assisting with HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, personnel management, and supporting various HR operations.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

Experience with HR Policies and Personnel Management

Knowledge of Employee Benefits

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Understanding of HR operations and processes
