**About the Internship:**
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify hiring requirements and execute recruitment strategies.
- Manage online sourcing platforms to support the recruitment process.
- Screen applications and conduct interviews.
- Proactively coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain recruitment-related documentation.
- Assist in designing and implementing HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in recruitment activities, including creating job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process.
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs.
- Develop training and development programs.
- Support performance management processes.
**Skills Required:**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to edit content.
- Commitment, flexibility, and motivation to deliver high-quality results.
- Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and highly organized team player.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related domains.
- Ability to manage complex projects, multitask, and stay organized
