Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
o Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
o Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
o Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
Onboarding:
o Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with employee documentation.
Employee Engagement:
o Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
o Help in conducting surveys and gathering employee feedback.
HR Administration:
o Maintain and update employee records.
o Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
o Support day-to-day HR activities as needed.
Learning and Development:
o Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
