Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as data entry, scheduling and filling.
3. Develop and maintain HR databases and records.
4. Research and analyze HR trends and best practices.
5. Prepare and deliver HR presentations and training materials.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
7. Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
