Location: VS Software Lab, Baramati

Job Type: Internship (Unpaid) | Part-time

Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment (resume screening, interview coordination).

Help manage employee records & HR documentation.

Support onboarding & training processes.

Assist in payroll, attendance, and benefits administration.

Handle employee queries and maintain workplace policies.

Requirements:

Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR software & MS Office.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
