Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and issues.

Oversee and enhance the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.

Maintain pay structures, benefits programs, and compliance with legal frameworks.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Assess training needs and implement employee development programs. Provide decision support to management through detailed HR metrics.

Requirements / Qualifications

MBA/BBA in HR or related field from a reputed institution.

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and a native language.

Proven ability in interpersonal relationship building across organizational levels.

Highly proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented. Competence in negotiation and presentation skills.

Eligibility:

Candidates must complete a 45-day internship program with a successful review. Open to candidates with a passion for HR management and innovation.
