Are you passionate about tech and hiring? SnapFind is looking for an HR Intern eager to learn and grow in IT recruitment. This is a great opportunity to work on live tech roles and gain real exposure to the recruitment world.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with senior recruiters to source, screen, and coordinate interviews
- Understand tech stacks, job descriptions, and client needs
- Handle both IT and Non-IT roles
- Maintain trackers and recruitment databases
- Support end-to-end hiring processes
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience, ideally in IT hiring
- Understanding of tech roles like Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.
- Knows the difference between front-end, back-end, and full-stack
- Can read and understand tech JDs and keywords
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field
