Job Profile: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team at The Professional Hair Salon & Spa (India) Pvt. Ltd. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates for various positions within our organisation.

* Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.

* Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.

* Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for further evaluations.

* Assist in managing and maintaining employee records.

* Maintain and update recruitment databases.

* Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling and feedback.

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure proper alignment with team requirements.

* Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.

* Support the HR team in day-to-day activities, including administrative tasks.

* Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles (freshers are welcome to apply).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
