Job Summary: The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in the creation of job descriptions and postings.

Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
