you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting Candidates who are seeking to restart their careers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Duration- 450 hours for 3 months on Flexible Basis.
Required Skill Set:
Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor's degree.
Possess a minimum of years of recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Working on various clients' vacancies.
posting jobs on social media and portals.
Screening & Sourcing of resumes.
Candidate co-ordination for shortlisting process.
Attending daily Review meeting & Learning Sessions
Pipelining and shortlisting the resumes of candidates to the Hiring Manager
Must have
Laptop/Computer
Good WIFI connection
Time availability - 5-6 hours/day
