Job Title: Intern Human Resources (HR)

We are hiring for HR Executive role, basically we provide a 3-month internship for you

First 3 months of the Internship program,

In these 3 months we will give training related on HR: for example,

How to hire the people, how to onboard them,

how to record the details of employees like these.

and once you have completed the internship, we will provide you with the certificate, that you have completed your internship in our company.

Once you have completed HR internship based on your performance, we will provide a permanent placement in our company

Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people management and a deep understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.

- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and extend job offers.

- Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations:

- Address employee grievances and provide support to resolve conflicts.

- Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities and maintaining an open-door policy.

3. Training & Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

- Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, company culture, and other relevant topics.

4. Compliance & Reporting:

- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

- Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics and trends.
