We are excited to offer a 3-month internship where you will receive comprehensive training and a certification upon completion. A performance-based stipend of 15,000 to 20,000 will also be provided. This opportunity is open to everyone who is eager to gain real-world experience in Human Resource recruitment.

1. Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

2. Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as data entry, scheduling, and filing.

3. Develop and maintain HR databases and records.

4. Research and analyze HR trends and best practices.

5. Prepare and deliver HR presentations and training materials.

6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

7. Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations.

8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.
