Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment Support:
1. Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company websites
2. Screen resumes and applications
3. Conduct initial phone screenings of candidates
4. Coordinate interviews and assist in the onboarding process
B. HR Administration:
1. Maintain and update employee records
2. Help with the preparation of HR documents, such as offer letters and contracts
3. Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
C. Employee Relations:
1. Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns
2. Support in organizing employee engagement and recognition programs
3. Help maintain a positive workplace culture
D. Training and Development:
1. Assist in organizing and tracking training programs
2. Support in creating training materials and presentations
3. Help in scheduling and coordinating training sessions
E. Data Management:
1. Compile and maintain HR data, reports, and metrics
2. Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of HR records and documents
