To ensure success, an HR should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. He/she should possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.

Qualification

0-2 years of experience in HR field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ethics and reliability

Graduated with any specialization; further training will be plus

Managing the recruitment and selection process.

Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting, promotion and hiring activities.

Maintaining employee records and paper work .

Create and implement effective onboarding plans.

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
