We are looking to employ an HR executive with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The HR executive is expected to be knowledgeable and ensuring that a workforce is able to perform optimally, ensuring that there sufficient people are recruited, retained, trained and supported to fulfill the organization’s goals and commitments.
To ensure success, an HR should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. He/she should possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.
Qualification
• 0-2 years of experience in HR field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethics and reliability
• Graduated with any specialization; further training will be plus

• Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting, promotion and hiring activities.
• Maintaining employee records and paper work .
