JOB DESCRIPTION

• This role of HR Executive is to assist the organization sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customers’ acquisition.

• Managing office documents and generates the sale reports.

• Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)

• Managing day to day customer problems and come with reasonable solutions.

• Representing FAAR ENTREPRENEURS NETWORK (OPC) PVT. LTD to building the network for increasing the company’s sales.

• Build relationships with prospective networks.

• Manage to recruit pipeline on your hand side with company guidelines.

QUALIFICATION

• 0-5 years of experience in any industry.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree (in any specialization) and final year students are considerable.

• Have strong negotiation skills

• Have the potential to handle work pressure with targeted deadlines.

• Have strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence skills.

• Comfortable phone calling and must have a personal laptop.

• Must be able to create a good presentation before of clients.
