The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the HR department and the overall HR function. This includes handling a variety of HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
Manage onboarding and orientation for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
Assist in resolving employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.
Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, including setting up performance review schedules, gathering feedback, and assisting managers with employee evaluations.
Track and document employee performance, and work with managers to address performance issues.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
