Job Description: HR Executive for Hospital Industry

Position: HR Executive

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per month

Location: Greater Noida

Industry: Healthcare/Hospital

Reporting to: HR Manager/Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will manage the hospital's recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR operations. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining a healthy workplace by ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and work to resolve them efficiently.

- Foster a positive working environment through employee engagement initiatives.

- Ensure clear communication of company policies and procedures to employees.

- HR Operations:

- Maintain and update employee records including attendance, payroll, and leave management.

- Process payroll and handle employee benefits administration.

- Assist in performance management processes and ensure timely appraisals.

- Compliance & Legal:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and hospital regulations.

- Manage employee health and safety regulations in collaboration with relevant teams.

- Training & Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.

- Ensure employees receive proper training related to their roles in the healthcare environment.

- HR Reporting:

- Prepare and present HR reports on key metrics such as recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

- Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred

Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Executive, preferably in the hospital/healthcare industry.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems.
