Techvolt Software Pvt Ltd looking for HR Recruiter to part of our recruitment team to takecare of both IT and NON-IT Recruitment for our branch located in Coimbatore.

Eligibility criteria: MBA or Any post graduation

Skills requirements:

Strong oral and written communication

Depth knowledge on various job portals like (Naukri,Indeed,Monster,shine ,etc)

Having experience on End-to-End Recruitment process

Experience : 0-2

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage to end-to-end recruitment process.(Short listing-Screening-Interview-Selection-Onboarding of new hires)

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Salary: As per company norms
