Job Responsibilities

🔹 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source, screen, and recruit top talent.

Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring.

Develop job descriptions and manage job postings.

🔹 Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster a positive work culture.

Plan employee engagement activities.

Address grievances and resolve conflicts.

🔹 HR Policies & Compliance

Implement HR policies and ensure labor law compliance.

Maintain employee records and documentation.

🔹 Performance Management

Assist in performance appraisals and feedback.

Monitor employee growth and suggest training programs.

🔹 Payroll & Attendance

Maintain attendance records and process payroll.

Manage employee benefits and leave policies.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors or Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 2+ years in HR, preferably in media/entertainment.

Skills: Strong communication, HR software proficiency, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge.
