Job Title: HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Executive

Reports to: HR Manager

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to fill open positions within the organization. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions using various recruitment channels (., job boards, social media, employee referrals).

2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

3. Manage job postings, job descriptions, and job requirements.

4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates.

5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Candidate Management

1. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

2. Communicate effectively with candidates regarding application status, interview schedules, and job offers.

3. Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.

Hiring Manager Support

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and preferences.

2. Provide guidance on recruitment processes and procedures.

3. Ensure hiring managers are equipped with necessary tools and information for effective interviewing.

Data Management and Reporting

1. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (., time-to-hire, source-to-hire).

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

3. Provide regular recruitment reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
