HR Professional Job Responsibilities
**Position:** HR Professional

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment & Hiring:**
- Identify, screen, and hire candidates as per Protijogis requirements.
- Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates for various roles.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. **Training & Development:**
- Provide training to new hires on company policies and job roles.
- Organize skill enhancement programs for employees.
- Monitor employee progress and provide necessary guidance.
3. **Target Setting & Achievement:**
- Define realistic performance targets for employees.
- Monitor progress and ensure goal completion within deadlines.
- Provide motivation and support to improve efficiency.
4. **Field & Area Management:**
- Manage and supervise **Field Executives** and **Area Managers** across different districts in West Bengal.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve issues and provide support for on-ground activities.
5. **Employee Monitoring & Performance Evaluation:**
- Regularly assess employee performance and provide feedback.
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Maintain records of attendance, productivity, and work reports.
6. **HR Administration & Compliance:**
- Ensure HR policies align with company goals and legal regulations.
- Maintain employee records and handle grievances.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
