Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract high-caliber talent.
Onboarding & Employee Integration
Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensuring a positive experience that aligns with company values and culture.
Conduct orientation sessions and serve as a point of contact for new employees.
Assist in crafting and updating job descriptions, policies, and employee handbooks.
Employee Relations & Support
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing questions, issues, and concerns.
Promote a positive workplace culture through regular engagement, feedback sessions, and surveys.
Support managers in resolving performance issues, conducting disciplinary actions, and managing conflict.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Assist in managing payroll, benefits enrollment, and HR compliance.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Keep up-to-date with compensation trends and make recommendations for enhancements.
HR Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including payroll, attendance, and benefits.
Prepare and analyze HR reports to guide decision-making on talent, performance, and culture initiatives.
Leverage HR software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Training & Development
Support the planning and coordination of training programs to enhance employees' professional skills.
Assist in creating development plans and tracking employees' progress.
Promote continuous learning and career development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of HR experience, preferably in Energy Sec.
Familiarity with HR software
