Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, recruitment, and HR policies. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across all departments to foster a productive and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop job descriptions and post job advertisements.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution.
Promote a positive workplace culture and maintain high employee morale.
Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives.
HR Operations:
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Administer employee benefits programs.
Policy Development and Compliance:
Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and organizational guidelines.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes and records.
Performance Management:
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and provide guidance to managers.
Identify training needs and support employee development programs.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Prepare and analyze HR reports (., attrition rates, hiring metrics).
Present insights and recommendations to improve HR strategies.
