- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract skilled professionals, specifically for roles in sales, marketing, production, and logistics.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and provide support in resolving conflicts, grievances, or disputes.
- Promote a positive work culture by organizing team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance against company goals.
- Provide feedback and support to managers on performance-related issues and improvement plans.
