- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions for IT and non-IT positions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process by setting timelines, gathering feedback, and helping managers with performance evaluations.

- Prepare regular HR reports related to headcount, turnover, employee performance, and training metrics.
- Ensure that the company is compliant with all health and safety regulations, especially related to office environments, remote work, and IT infrastructure.
