- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions for IT and non-IT positions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process by setting timelines, gathering feedback, and helping managers with performance evaluations.
