4. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws by keeping all personnel records and documents accurate and up-to-date.
6. Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
7. Support the preparation and distribution of payroll data, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
8. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective employee relations.
9. Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and ensure that regular reviews are conducted.
10. Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and improve performance.
11. Ensure company policies, procedures, and legal regulations are adhered to in all HR-related activities.
12. Support the development and implementation of workplace health and safety policies for facilities management staff.
13. Assist in the exit process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews, managing resignation letters, and processing final settlements.
14. Generate regular HR reports on employee attendance, turnover, recruitment status, and other key HR metrics.
15. Promote employee welfare programs such as health checks, wellness initiatives, and support programs.
