• Payroll Administration:

o Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory

deductions and company policies.

o Maintain payroll records, including attendance, leaves, overtime, and tax deductions.

o Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related queries.

• Compliance Management:

o Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and employee benefits

requirements.

o Keep up to date with changes in HR and payroll-related regulations and implement

necessary updates.

o Assist in audits related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.

• HR Documentation & Record-Keeping:

o Maintain employee records, contracts, and statutory compliance documents.

o Handle employee benefits administration, including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other

statutory obligations.

• Policy & Process Support:

o Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies related to payroll, leave

management, and compliance.
