Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resource Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruit new talent, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting employee engagement, handling HR documentation, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

o Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring proper documentation and background checks.

o Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation programs.

2. Employee Relations

o Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.

o Promote a healthy work environment through effective employee engagement activities.

o Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional manner.

3. Training & Development

o Identify training needs and organize relevant workshops or training programs.

o Track and assess employee development initiatives.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

o Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with local labor laws.

o Maintain employee records and handle confidentiality with care.

5. Performance Management

o Support performance evaluation cycles, feedback sessions, and development plans.

o Monitor employee performance metrics and recommend improvement strategies.

6. Payroll & Benefits Administration

o Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.

o Manage leave, attendance, and employee benefits programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.

knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust
