As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and administrative HR tasks. You will work closely with employees and management to ensure a positive and productive workplace culture while assisting with day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate and assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Help manage employee records and ensure HR databases are accurate and up-to-date.
Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and tracking employee development.
Address and resolve employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist with compensation and benefits administration, ensuring employees are well-informed about their benefits packages.
Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
Ensure HR processes and policies are followed in compliance with legal requirements.
Support various HR administrative functions such as maintaining HR documents, processing employee requests, and assisting in HR reporting.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR or administrative roles (1-2 years preferred).
Familiarity with labor laws, HR best practices, and office procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HR software and tools
