Position Overview:

Exotic India Art is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR Supporting Function.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

* Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

* Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

* Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

* Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities.

* Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

* handle attendance management and assisting in Payroll Management.

* Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

* Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

* Support HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2 years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.

Shift Timing: - 09:30 to 06:30 PM
