Experience Required : 06 months To 01 year

JOB Description

Must have experience Minimum 06 months to 01 year as IT Recruitment and Generalist Profile.

Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.

Conduct interviews of relevant candidates.

Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

Orienting new employees and training existing employees.

Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.

Help in Preparing Attendance and payroll reports.

Solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Shift: Day shift
