Job Description:

We are looking for a few ambitious, passionate HR professionals, with specialization in Human Resource management; to join us for the organization's rapid growth via recruiting Eco Detective in every district to develop our nationwide marketing network.

An honest person who is reliable, loyal to their word, has an eye for detail, has expertise with the full BDE recruitment process, and is knowledgeable about human resource management would be the perfect fit for this position.

Responsibilities:

Primarily develop recruitment strategy and execute them for the profile of Eco Detective.

Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including campus hiring, X-Ray Search, candidate referral, professional networking sites, social media & online job boards/portals/sites etc.

Screen resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates

Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidates' skills, ambition and experience

Conduct reference check and Background Verification
