Role & Responsibilities:
Handling end-end recruitment. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and identify qualified candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals
Review and screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in conducting in-person or virtual interviews, facilitating assessment tests, and coordinating interview feedback
Perform reference checks and employment verifications for selected candidates
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages as per company guidelines
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
Analyze turnover rates and exit interview data to identify trends and suggest improvements
Collaborate with the team to design and implement initiatives, such as career development programs, training opportunities.
Assist in the development of policies and practices that contribute to a positive work environment and employee satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, interviews, and hiring decisions
Generate regular reports on recruitment and retention metrics for management review
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and retention
Assist HR Manager in All HR Generalist activities
