Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Handle employee relations, addressing issues and facilitating conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development plans.
Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their talent needs and provide support in workforce planning.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and gather feedback through surveys and other platforms.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in handling end-to-end HR processes in a small to mid-sized organization.
Strong understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to build relationships and foster a positive workplace culture.
